Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Orders take 2–7 business days to process, package, and ship. Once your order ships, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for transit (starting from the ship date).

While we do our very best to keep things moving quickly, occasional carrier delays can happen. For that reason, the total time from placing your order to delivery is typically 4–14 business days.

Need it sooner? Please reach out before ordering (or as soon as possible) at hello@shopcharlesalex.com, and we’ll let you know if any rush options are available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. No worries — you’ll receive tracking numbers for each package.

 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase and are committed to making sure you’re happy with your order.

RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery (the day tracking shows DELIVERED). After 10 days, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We may ask a few quick questions about the reason for your return — simply to help improve future experiences 😊

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests incur a $4.95 restocking and reshipping fee. Please double-check sizing before ordering (you’ll find the size chart in the item description) to help prevent the need for an exchange.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review personalization details carefully (spelling, punctuation, etc.) and reference the size chart before placing your order.

RETURN SHIPPING
  1. If we made an error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged), we will cover return shipping.

  2. If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size selected, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Any item requested more than 10 calendar days after delivery

  • Any item that has been used, worn, or washed

  • Any clearance item

  • Any custom or personalized item

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please submit a return request using our return form. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout.
Kindly do not send items back until you’ve contacted us through the return request page.
