Orders will take 2-7 business days to process, package and ship. Please allow 2-5 additional days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur with any of the delivery companies. Therefore, the time from when you place your order to when it arrives at your door will be between 4-14 business days. If you need an item quicker please inquire, by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will let you know if there are any options to get your item to you quicker.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
if you have ordered multiple items, you may receive them in multiple shipments. Do not worry...you will receive tracking numbers for all items!
NO HASSLE RETURNS
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it. However we must be contacted within 10 days of your receipt of the item (the day the tracking shows DELIVERED). After 10 days, we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges.
As long as the item(s) are unworn, or unused in their original condition, and packaging, we won't give you any hassle about your return (we will ask you a few questions about why, just to make future experiences better 😊).
Exchange requests will incur a $4.95 restocking and reshipping fee. Please double check your sizing (which can be found in a table in the item description) before you purchase to prevent needing an exchange.
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned OR exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization (spelling, punctuation, etc.) and refer to the size chart.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
1. If an error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) we will pay for the return shipping.
2. However (you ordered wrong size, changed your mind, etc.) you are responsible for the shipping of a return or exchange.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
* Any item more than 10 calendar days after delivery
* Any item that has been used or worn or washed
* Any item that was purchased on Clearance
* Any item that is custom or personalized
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
Please submit a return request using this form. You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via our return request page.
All invitations are customized by a professional graphic designer and a proof will be sent to you before processed and printed! You will be sent an email with your proof and once it is approved printing will take 1-3 business days.
All Invitations come with blank white envelopes and are shipped first-class mail unless upgraded shipping is chosen.
If other non-stationery items are purchased along with your invitations please note the will be shipped separately, and you will receive a tracking number for each item.
